Recap
Abu Bakar refuses his mother's solution. Marrying Hamna under pressure would mean paying for something that was not his doing, he says, and he will not be punished for what people say. He asks Khushbakht to trust him, apologises to Hamna for any hurt she has suffered because of him, and drives her away. Later he tells his mother Hamna is back with her family.
Zaryab corners Arham, who admits that he and Zamil went out of the city with a Tabligh group, sleeping in mosques and teaching basic Islam. Zamil confirms it and goes further: years with Zaryab have hurt his grades and his peace of mind, and he is jealous that her grandmother idolises Abu Bakar for his faith. He wanted to see what Abu Bakar has that he does not.
They strike a deal. Zamil stops meeting Arham, and Zaryab keeps Abu Bakar away from her and her house. She tells Kishwar she is tired of hearing his name. The episode ends with their admissions in Boston, Zaryab at Harvard Business School and Zamil at Suffolk University, and their flat there comes through a chain of favours that ends with Abu Bakar.
