Recap
The awkward lunch continues. Abu Bakar and Khushbakht apologise for the scene, while Zamil, out of earshot or so he thinks, calls Abu Bakar a "nobody" he has seen somewhere and does not like. Abu Bakar tells his mother he has no complaint, because he does not believe in false honour or ego.
At work we see another side of him. Abu Bakar is an engineer and plant manager who impresses a visiting federal minister, Asad Malik. Zamil, looking him up, learns he did a leadership programme at Harvard and is not on Instagram. That settles it: Zamil announces he will retake his courses to raise his GPA, because he finally has a rival.
Elsewhere, Zamil's parents shelve the engagement after he says his career is a mess, Shamsa and Habib argue over how they raised their daughters, and Kishwar decides it is time to get the girls married. The episode ends with Faryal asking Zaryab a hard question: is Zamil doing drugs?
