Recap
Zaryab hears from home that her father has mentioned divorce, and confides that Zamil judges her on everything. Her younger sister warns her about red flags. Then a courier envelope arrives for Faryal with divorce papers inside, and Shamsa reveals that Faryal is pregnant and refuses to end the pregnancy. Kishwar tells Habib to swallow his pride.
In Boston, Zamil wants to switch to comparative religion and become a scholar, and admits a fantasy of a completely obedient, silent wife. Zaryab tells him that will never be her. While her family is falling apart, he asks whether his assignment is done.
In Hyderabad, Khushbakht surprises Abu Bakar with a marriage proposal from a Karachi family, saying she has been worried ever since the Hamna incident. He agrees to meet them.
